A top-performing sales management executive with a proven record of results helping developers and  on-site sales organizations launch new projects, acquire and secure new clients and create project awareness with real estate agent & broker organizations worldwide. He has served as an on-site developer’s sales executive in condo conversion and pre-construction sales environments, and as the Director of Sales & Marketing in high-rise condo and single-family home markets, working with more than 35 different real estate developers on more than 50 multi-unit residential development projects during the past four years. Perry’s background includes more than 21 years of sales, sales management and marketing experience in the technology industry. He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing (BA) and a Masters degree (MBA) in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, a licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada, a member of the National Association of Realtors® and is Certified for Transnational Referrals (TRC) world-wide.

Served as the Director of Sales for a 275 unit high-rise condominium project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Managed a staff of 13 sales and administrative people in a pre-construction sales environment. Directed all aspects of marketing, advertising and public relations with a budget of nearly $1 million dollars, including a nation-wide sales effort with heavy emphasis on the cooperating agent channel.

Provided on-site sales for a New York-based developer at their Miami, Florida high-rise condominium project, performing on-site sales/sales management services in a pre-construction environment, and helping to sell nearly 700 one, two and three bedroom apartments within a 120-day period.

Directed Sales Lead Generation efforts for nine (9) high-rise condominium projects in South Florida, utilizing a our e-Mail and Web-based marketing systems. This early stage sales effort is linked prospective buyers with the on-site sales team at each project, and helped generate more than $ 5 million in sales for project developers.

Developed and implemented a nation-wide e-Mail marketing campaign for a Las Vegas-based condo-hotel project, as part of their pre-construction sales effort. Our campaigns helped secure nearly 130 unit reservations within a 60 day period.

Used the Realtor Sales Portal to help a Las Vegas-based developer engage cooperating Realtors in marketing the project to their clients. After 9 months of operation, we had nearly 500 real estate agents using the portal technology and successfully making sales at the project.

Created and managed a Grand Opening Event for a developer of single-family homes, in connection with new model sales center. The event included a mayoral ribbon cutting, and was well attended by realtors and prospective end-user buyers, helping to gain valuable project exposure within the local market.
