SPECIALIZED Project Information - We provide the agent sales population with specialized project information for each of our client projects. These educational materials contain all the essential information and contractual forms needed by agents and brokers to transact business with the project sales team. Price points, payment terms, project time line, brokerage forms, purchase agreements, condominium association documents, presentations, brochures, commission rates, target market characteristics and much more. And our representatives are available by phone and e-Mail to answer any questions these agents or brokers may have about the project.

Agent-Safe® Marketing Tools - The Realtor Sales Portal also contains a wide-range of marketing tools including a Project Sales Introduction Letter, list of features and amenities, logos and images, standardized e-Mail template and Single Page Flyer.  These tools are all un-branded, meaning that we have removed the developer’s contact information so the agents feel “safe” in using them to market to their clients. Agents also have the option to brand these tools with their contact information.

Agent-Branded Project Web Site - Our Realtor Channel Marketing Service also provides cooperating agents with FREE Web sites for the developer’s project. These project Web sites are specifically created for use by cooperating agents or brokers and are branded in the name of the agent who uses them. Each Web site has its own unique Web address tied to the agent’s name, so it can be easily incorporated into any other e-Mail or print marketing initiatives performed by that agent.
